Visit your GP

If you are feeling like you are struggling, your GP is a good place to start a conversation. Whatever you may be feeling, talking it over can help and it's important to know that there are people that can help you.

Make an appointment with a counsellor or Mental Health Support Worker

There are number of counselling services right across the South West. To find one near you, just head over to Google and type "counselling services near (Insert your town name here). Many will have phone contact details or websites where you can make an appointment.

Contact Rural Link

Rurallink is an after hours telephone service for people in rural and regional communities who may be experiencing a mental health crisis. Callers to Rurallink are connected to a trained mental health clinician who can provide support.
