Mental Health Awareness Programs
We run presentations with local mental health practitioners to raise awareness of the support services available to our community and reduce the stigma around seeking help.
Suicide Intervention Training
We facilitate SafeTALK training each year in the local community. SafeTALK is a half-day alertness workshop that prepares anyone over the age of 15, regardless of prior experience or training, to become a suicide-alert helper.
Encouraging Conversations
With our "open the Gate" roadshow kit, we attend local Ag events (field days, shows etc.), connecting to our rural community and kickstarting conversations.
